I had a bit of abundance of Oregano in the garden and decided to make some Oil of Oregano (not Oregano EO, we are essential oiil free here and everything is made with whole plant material). 
Oil of Oregano is a simple and incredibly powerful remedy. It's well known for its antibacterial properties due to its carvacrol which is the most abundant phenol in oregano, but also packs a punch as an anti inflammatory, antifungal and anti parasitic. Its immune supportive rich in thymol and rosmarinic acid 🌿
Definitely a remedy to have on hand for so many ailments!
