Whether you’re experiencing chronic health concerns or would just like to experience more vitality, an initial consultation is where we will start! You can expect this consultation to last 1.5 hours. This will give us time to speak in depth about your health concerns. During your consultation we’ll review your intake form and prepare a lifestyle plan that takes in account your personal constitution and best plant allies to bring your body back into balance. Any remedy recommendations for your plan will also be given with details on how to craft them yourself and we can send you home with instructions on how to create your herbal preparation (be it a tincture, topical remedy or tea), because putting the power back in your hands is important! You'll also receive custom made remedies to start off with. You will also have email support for any questions that may arise between your sessions. My hope is by the end of our session you feel excited and confident on your plan going forward ️ It’s also important to note, that you are under no obligation to purchase herbs or remedies from BMH.
