Forbidden Cocoa Fridays were a thing at one time. Just thinking about it gives me warm happy feelings. Fridays were fun. They were a day to celebrate the end of the week and come together as a community. A community with shared views and a love for herbs and cocoa and yummy treats! It was a day we all looked forward to, no matter the weather. To come together inside, out of the elements and in the warmth for a treat during the harsh months. While our children played and laughed (or cried haha, tis life). 

Forbidden Cocoa got its name because of the lovely censorship from Facebook. This was during a time that I seemed to be geting flagged for everything under the sun. I posted a picture of our "Herbal Cocoa" and they flagged me and threatened to shut down my page...for the word Herbal. It was too funny, so now we lovingly refer to these blends as the Forbidden Cocoa. 

This is a blend of Organic Cacao, Organic Chaga, and Organic Ashwagandha. A blend to support the nervous system and the immune system. To help our bodies adapt to the stressors of life. Simply mix 1-3 tsp (depending on how strong you like it) in a cup of hot milk. A frother is preferred and makes a world of a difference if you have one. Add a touch of maple syrup and top with our freeze dried marshmallows for an added creamyness and protein to balance it all out. They'll dissolve on the top.
