Cramp Relief
I originally made this tincture for postpartum cramping, I didn't need it after my first but boy did I after my second and third. I would take a dropper of this and pair it with arnica tabs and it did the trick! Though, as I'm moving out of my child bearing years I've realized how important it is to share the whole scope of its benefits, not just in realtion to birth. This tincture is wonderful for menstrual cramping (though keep in mind, incredibly painful cramping isn't the norm and is usually from hormonal imbalance- see moon tincture). The main herb in this synergistic tincture is Cramp bark. I harvested this Cramp bark back in April. I was having a hard day with the store and I decided to go for a walk in the woods, despite the weather having been a bit moody. I ended up getting caught in a torrential downpour. It was glorious and everything I needed that day. Cramp bark helps get to the root of the pain, releasing tension (without inhibiting muscle function) where the pain is coming from. It's an anti-spasmodic herb, so it helps alleviate all types of cramping in the body. This tincture is also crafted with Yarrow, Motherwort, Chamomile, Fennel, and Ginger root.
